The funding for the training of post-doctoral scholars in disciplines is jointly raised by the state and theuniversity, while the funding for the training of post-doctoral scholars in enterprises is jointly raised by the state, local governments, and enterprises.The general treatment for post-doctoral scholars in disciplines is as follows:

The annual salary is 220,000RMB/year, and the cooperative mentor is required to provide scientific research performance of not less than 20,000RMB/year. This is implemented in accordance with relevant national policies and the relevant regulations of theuniversity's financial management.Theuniversityprovides a research start-up fund of 50,000RMB, which is managed according to the research project method.Theuniversitypays social insurance and provident fund in accordance with relevant regulations.High-level achievement awards are implemented in accordance with relevantuniversitypolicies.

The funding obtained by postdoctoral fellows during their stay in the station from the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program and the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program Introduction Project shall not be included in the salary and benefits paid by theuniversity.

Provide transitional housing in accordance with theuniversityhousing management regulations or provide a two-year rental subsidy at the standard of 1,200RMBper month.

Introduction of“Geology”post-doctorate station

The Hefei University of Technology Postdoctoral Research Station in Geology was established in 2003 with the approval of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee. The station has a doctoral program in the first-level discipline of geology, and currently includes seven second-level doctoral programs in mineralogy, petrology, mineral deposit geology, geochemistry, paleontology and stratigraphy, structural geology, environmental geology, sedimentology, resource exploration and information science.Among them, mineralogy, petrology, mineral deposit geology, and structural geology are key disciplines in Anhui Province.
